Default what's wrong with my car? tires shake at 70mph

I started to notice my car shakes when I drive to work. It always happens as soon as I hit 70 mhp on the highway. If I go faster it goes away. Also doesn't shake at all if I go under 70mph. I figured it could be a bad tire or needs balancing or alignment. Anybody out there have this issue before? Its a 99' Trans am. tires are not bald. Maybe about 70% thread.

Balancing issue for sure. Most tire shops do balancing for like $20.

Do check to see if one of your wheels or tires is out of round. More likely you would feel it at other speeds if that were the case though.

how many miles on your car ?how is the tread wear on your tires ?is the tire pressure equal on all wheels ? check your ball joint and tie rod ends for any sloppy play.

It has 140k miles. Wheels have same time pressure. Equal wear on all 4 tires. Ill check tire rods though and ball joints.
I will try balancing if that doesn't work. I think alignment is More expensive so Ill leave that for last. Thanks for the advise guys.

^ It's this. Vibration that comes around 65 mph and goes away with more speed is a classic balance issue. In my experience, most tore shops will check the balance for free and then charge when it needs to be rebalanced.
