Default Clunking sound under acceleration.

Like the title states, Im getting a clunking sound (not just sound, you can actually feel it) when im accelerating to around 3-4k. The sound seems to be coming from the mid to rear section of the car. If I baby the car up to desired speed it will not do it and also if I go wot it will not do it. Anyone ever had any similar issue? Any help would be great. The car is an 01 Ws6 M6 that is stock other than longtubes, ory, and Magnaflow bullet.
