ill be driving on the freeway and ill feel a slit sputter or hesitation through my foot on the gas pedal. No blips in the tach.... Any idea ??

About a dozen different things.

Does it happen while accelerating? Or cruising steady speed at a certain speed? Does it happen at all speeds?

i only notice it while im cruising... freeway and long roads...

I would personally check with an OBDII scanner how the 02 sensors are switching.....one might be starting to decline on you. And you'll get no SES light or code until its really doing badly. Make sure it's scanned after the engine is ALL the way up to operating temp.
