Starting problems
I have a 2002 camaro z28 m6 and it won't start. I've changed the relays, checked the starter and battery and still nothing. All the gauges go on and radio works just won't turn over. I had the same problem last year as well and had it the dealership and they couldn't find anything wrong with it and it also wouldn't start for them. I'm running out of ideas, I'm guessing its an electrical problem. But can it also be a problem with the vats security system?
If anyone has any ideas that would be great.
Thanks

So when you had it at the dealership last year and they could not start it.......what was the outcome of the visit? Did you tow it home still broken?
Could be a bad ignition.
Vats.
Bad key.....the resistors sometimes where out. Dealer item only.
Crank Shaft Position sensor failing will cause a no-start issue.
No fuel pressure.
Broken wire.
Shorted out battery. Have it checked at a parts store for free.

At the dealership it wouldn't start for about 30 min and then it just started outta the blue. Then it ran fine until now. It has happened before where it wouldn't start for a couole of min but I would either switch the relays between ign and starter, or just turn the key back in forth real fast and it would start. That's why I kinda think it is the vats system.
I also have tried both keys I have, and neither worked, and they are both in good shape not damaged or anything like that. But maybe I will go to the dealership and see if the resistors on the keys are bad.
Thanks for the input
