Odd whining noise

Default Odd whining noise
So this just happened recently. I have noticed this odd noise that sounds like a howl/whine on and off when I left the gas off near going 40 MPH or around that speed limit, I have no clue what it could be, it sounds like it's coming from the engine bay, all fluid levels were checked and everything seems fine code wise. Any ideas how I could diagnose this, I'm thinking its drivetrain related.

2.73's.... good idea on the air pump, I do have a code for that, just have yet to delete the damn thing out!
