Arrow Power steering pump warped on the inside?

So, no s*** there I was walking out the door, on my way to school, when I opened the door on my beautiful black t/a. I sat down inside, and turned the key to on like I always do. I get my radio going on my phone, all that jazz then start her up. I noticed an usually odd noise, so I popped the hood. I found that my power steering pump was wobbling a bit. The noise was a incremental chirp of the belt not a constant loud noise just a chirp. Anyway....my question is what could cause that to happen? Car is basically stock except for transmission which is kinda built.

Btw guys, I feel like I'm really starting to learn some stuff about motors, and troubleshooting them.

The bearings in the pump may be going bad
