how do I remove headrest
Hello, im having trouble removing headrest, was hoping someone could help. I have a 2000 firebird with cloth seats. Headrest is attached by two poles that enter top of seat. There are two round plastic pieces at top of seat that each pole goes into. Any help would be greatly appreciated

And that tool is, ..., ?!?
WTH kind of answer is that if you don't give the guy any more details?!?
My suggestion, remove the seat back & look at how the retainers work.
I know the 93-94 style seats, you had to remove the seat back to release the clips. I've never had the later style seats apart tho.
So, although I don't have a direct answer either, ..., At least there is a suggestion to help get you started.

thanks for the suggestion. during my web searches ive come accross several different ways of doing it, though they were usually talking about the leather seats with plastic back which mine doesnt have. A few mentioned a special tool but said a flathead screwdriver and needlenose pliers will work also. I was hoping that mine would be less complicated than leather seats so I wanted to know what someone who knows specifically about cloth seats said. Guess I can peel up the cloth cover and see what I can figure out
