Default Vibration over 70

So here lately been noticing while accelerating on the highway a vibration. Usually it will last for about 30-45 seconds and then dissipate like nothing was wrong. And then come back. I cant exactly narrow where its coming from, maybe the rear, but just looking on thoughts as what this could be.

I know it could be tires separating which I've got some new ones on the way so maybe that will be ruled out soon. Also the torque arms pinion was set when installed but I don't remember what. Ran fine then. It seems this came out of nowhere.

I did change out the LCA's with Founders 3 -piece but wanna say it was doing it before then maybe. Could that have thrown pinion off to cause this vibration? Surely not.
