Default Alignment: 2 or 4 wheel?

Hey all, just needed to ask real quick before I make an appointment.

I just put Koni yellows on my 2001 SS... I opted for the lower perch, and did the hose mod.

Does the car only take a front end alignment? Or are there adjustments in the rear as well?

Thanks!

adjustments are only for the front unless you have adjustable lower control arms or adjustable panhard bar

Well, as alignment goes, yes only the front wheels. You have a solid rear axle so no wheel alignment is needed in the rear. Having adj. aftermarket items linked to your rear is for adjusting the placement/angle of the rear end.

If a shop tries to sell you a 4-wheel alignment on
your solid axle domestic vehicle, leave.

As mentioned above, unless one has adjustable lower control arms and panhard bar in the rear, then a front end alignment is all that can be done. With that said, the rear thrust angle should be checked when doing even a front end alignment on a solid rear axle.
