Default high oil pressure

I just finished re-installing my intake manifold on my 1999 Z28 after replacing knock sensors and something weird is going on with the oil pressure. The oil pressure guage pegs out all the way over to the right. I was very carefull of the sending unit when I installed it, don't think I broke anything. Besides, the pressure bleeds back off slowly after the engine is turned off. Maybe a blockage somewhere, but I don't see how. Is there anything that could be connected wrong to cause oil pressure problems? Again, I am pretty sure I connected everything properly. Something went horribly wrong, but I have no idea what. Any input would be helpful.

Looking with a mirror and flashlight I noticed I did manage to knock the electrical connector for the oil pressure sending unit off. I was very mindfull to be carefull of the thing, so as not to break it, but looks like I managed to knock the connector off any way. Oops. Putting it back on was a pain, but all is well now.
