Default Weird "seat of the pants" vibration under load

Greetings. Yesterday I developed a strange vibration that seems like its coming from the trans/rear of the car. It rears its ugly head the most under medium to heavy load (getting on the interstate). I also seem to notice it when cruising in 4th around 45 mph. One thing I also noticed is that when cruising on the interstate, when I have the cruise control on, if I tap the break to disengage the cruise, their seems to be a delayed reaction and the car's rpm's rise just a slight bit. Now I do have a slight tranny leak that looks like its coming from the inspection cover, and have had to keep an eye on the fluid. When I got home last night, I made sure it was topped off, and this morning I added 2 tubes of lube gard tranny shudder fix, but no improvement has been noticed(I understand it takes time to work). Anyone have any ideas on what is going on and what to troubleshoot next? Please help!
