My car has a MS3 cam(tuned) with stock heads, new pushrods, double valve springs, double roller and a ported ls6 oil pump . At idle, good majority of the time the car idles normally and the oil pressure is fine. There are times though randomly the rpm drops to 2-300 and is about to shut off and the oil meter is all over the place. I'll rev it up a few times then everything is fine. Starting to get real aggravating, any clue what could be going on? Or is it just the side effect of having a big cam?

oil pressure jumping because the idle speed is jumping. That cam should be made to idle. Go see your tuner.
