Default Rattle at idle?

I've had this rattle coming from my 99 z28 since I got it, and it's driving me insane.

It's only at idle after the car has warmed up a bit, and it seems to go away above 1500 RPM or so

I've tighten all the header bolts, all the accessories are new, the car has LT's and duals

It sounds like something is loose and is quite loud, it is especially loud underneath the car

it's kinda hard to hear, but after 0:36 in the video is when it is the loudest

Could be the catalytic converter breaking apart internally. With the engine off, bump the converter with a rubber or plastic mallet and compare it to the noise you hear when running.

thanks for the reply, however the car does not have cats.

The sound is so hard to pinpoint, it seems like it's coming from everywhere

If it sounds like its coming from everywhere, the bell housing is a good place to examine with a stethoscope(or makeshift version). Since its in the center, the noise can travel in most any direction and is hard to pinpoint. Access to a lift would be a huge advantage in narrowing it down.
