Default Fuel not getting to the engine?

Hey, my cars was in an accident and im planning on pulling the engine out of it, but as of right now its not starting up. When I go to turn the key the engine starts cranking but doesnt turn on. Is there any way to tell if fuel is getting to the engine?

You can hook a fuel pressure gauge up to the fuel rails and confirm Flo from the pump.
