I got new projector headlights with hid ballasts , well I installed one and went to turn them on but nothing , the high beam seemed to work but no low beams, what could I have done, plugged in the ballast wrong maybe, there's no fuse to blow so what happens in that case? I tried the old ballast that I know works but nothing either,please help me figure this out.

HID ballast are POLARIZED, take the plug going into the ballast and spin it around so the pins plug into the opposite wires.
