Unhappy 5.3/4L60E Squelch/Squeal

I'm new to this forum and I apologize if I am in the wrong place, but I saw another thread related to this issue so I thought I'd post here.

I have a 5.3LM7/4L60E in my 2005 Jeep. I have done no modifications to the motor yet other than a local dyno tune. The transmission I have had modifications done to it (see below for list). Here is my problem. I went WOT throttle and while in 2nd gear, near redline RPMs, I here a squelch/squeal come from my left drivers side door. I didn't shift yet, so it wasn't because of shift. I just replaced (2 days ago) the idler pulley, tensioner, and belt with an HD fleetrunner. So I hope its not the belt because the whole system is either new or cleaned with alcohol and dried.

Anyone have any thoughts? I've read in a few places it is common for this particular transmission to make this type of noise near WOT and shifts, but I hadn't shifted yet. I just did an oil change with Dex VI 2 days ago and had no noticeable debris in the pan.
