Default No fuel pressure until turning over.

2001 Camaro with a racetronix 255 pump kit. For some time the fuel pressure would bleed off in a couple of hours but come right back up when the ignition was turned on. Also on the dyno the fuel pressure would drop off at 5000 plus rpm. I purchased a new fpr and had it installed. That only seemed to make the car worse. Car is very hard to start and now there is no fuel pressure/fuel pump by turning on the ignition only when the car is running. I have bought a new fuel pump and the tank is coming down again tomorrow to put in the new fuel pump.
