Ac condenser removal help needed

Default Ac condenser removal help needed
Not sure if I am in the correct section but I ran into a snag while tearing my car apart. The condenser has a stud that appears to be corroded and I can not get it to budge. I am wondering if this is a stud that can be removed?

need to soak it with some solvent like PB blaster for a couple of days. also can use a little heat when removing the nut.
