Default Purge valve solenoid

So I've noticed that whenever I go to put gas in my Camaro and turn the engine off, it will have a hell of a time starting back up again afterwards. Im pretty sure it's the purge solenoid causing this. I'm just wondering if it absolutely NEEDS to be replaced or not? The car starts fine when cold. And seems to run like it should. I've just been leaving it running while filling up with gas. Or could this thing be slowing me down at all?

Thanks in advance.

It's only when you re-fuel, or does this happen any other time when you do a hot restart?

Have you checked fuel pressure? Dripping injector perhaps? I'm not sure I would jump right to the purge solenoid as the reason for this condition.

Yes only when refueling. Always starts fine any other time...hot or cold.

Fuel pressure is perfect too by the way.
