Default Exhaust Hanger?

Looking for GM Part # 10275709. Has anybody had any success finding these or a replacement since GM doesn't make anymore? Thanks!

Is this for the over-the-axle-pipe hanger? If so, here's a thread of possible interest:

It worked great for me, its a little tight getting the hanger through and I had to trim one side so it would give the fuel tank more clearance.
