Exclamation LS1 Oil pressure sending unit

Is there a special tool to remove the oil pressure sending unit from a 2002 LS1? It's the long thick round one and none of my sockets are deep enough to make it down to the "hex" part of the sender. Help please!

Autozone has them. It's an extra long 27mm socket. Maybe it's a 30. Something like that. But AZ has the OPSU sockets

Hopefully you can get some tips from this - or your engine is in a state that your intake isn't in the way!
