Default pf52 oil filter on ls engines?

So, long story short, my dad passed away last year and I ended up with all of his tools and spare parts. In the endless sea of stuff I found a case of pf52e's, but the only thing I have that they even *might* work on is the LS engine that's going into my 54 Belair. It's an '05 LM4, but I haven't figured out what oil pan I'm going to need to run just yet. Leaning towards likely an H3 pan. Or does that even matter? I just hate to toss them, but the hassle of listing them on CL for $20 isn't really worth it either.

Thoughts?

You should be able to treat Patman's word as gospel on this sort of thing: https://ls1tech.com/forums/general-m...elco-pf52.html

Hmm that's weird, I had found that thread previously but I seem to remember there not being nearly that many posts and they seemed all out of order. Even now Patman's last post seems like it should be the second(?)... Guessing result of a db crash/rebuild(?)

Regardless, thanks for the answer

I assume so. Or, maybe an odd quirk related to a daylight savings change, etc. (considering the time of the post.)
