Default help...please

I posted in brakes and suspension but no responses yet and i want to figure it out tomorrow. I went to replace my front brakes. I completed the passenger side in less then 15 minutes. I start the driver side compress the caliper ALL THE WAY and poped in the new pads in... it wont go back over the rotor... I went back to O'Reillys and measured another set as well as the one I had and they are identical. My rotor is nice and straight ANY ideas?? Thank you

You didn't quite get the piston compressed all the way. What tool were you using to compress it?

I'm going to move these last posts over to the thread in the Steering and Suspension section and close out this particular duplicate thread. The one in the other section looks to be getting some better attention and that's the better place for this discussion, anyway.
