Ls1 will not start ?? Help please

Ls1 will not start ?? Help please The engine has been running fine now all of a sudden today when I go to start it it will not start . It turns over just no start .. I checked pressure at the rail and its 57psi, I checked to make sure it was getting spark and it is . I have changed the fuel filter also .. I can not figure out why it will not start sence it has been running perfect and starting perfect .. Any help would be great and please redirect me if I'm in the wrong spot ....

Could this be a bad crank sensor or cam sensor ?
