Engine Wont start
Long story short.
Pulled engine and trans to replace flywheel and clutch as well as install underdrive pulley. Engine and trans are back in. However, I cant get the car to start it just turns over.
Any ideas on what to check next?

Your spark plugs and ignition coils and injectors are grounded to the heads. None touch the frame Each head has a ground terminator on the rear as part of the harness, and the car won't run if they are loose or missing.

Got it fixed. It was a bad crank sensor. The vehicle runs ok now. Everything I start it it has a rough idle and sometime wants to die out. And when I come to a stop the idle is rough and sometimes dies out. Could this be a cam sensor issue?
