Default Run ability issue

Hey guys. Buddy of mine has a 06 5.3 in a 54 Chevy pu. Motor has about 50k on it. Everything is either mint or new. Runs like crap. If you pull plug wires 1-5-7-8 off one at a time, it makes no diff on how it runs. The other 4 do. Same with the inj wires. Has spark and pulses!!! Any suggestions?!?!

Do you have the coil connectors on the wrong side? The main plug for each bank, it sounds like they might be reversed.
