Default 5000 mi. forged ls3 BIG problem!

Hey guys I had my ls3 rebuilt over the spring stock ci. with forged pistons and rods. I'm using an aftermarket cam and ported and milled heads also. Engine ran fine up until yesterday when I stepped on it went up to 5k rpm to make a pass and got off of the freeway and noticed a misfire. checked the plugs and noticed oil on what I believe is cylinder #3. There's also a small puddle in the throttle body and intake.

Any ideas on what's going on. This engine was supposed to be built for a lot of nitrous and I haven't even had the chance to spray it yet. I machine shop did the whole long block too.

Factory PCV setup? Is number 3 cylinder the only one that had oil on it?

I would recommend upgrading the stock PCV setup especially if they have this engine setup for a lot of nitrous. An aftermarket catch can setup would be a nice addition regardless if that is the root of the problem or not.

The plug was worse before I cleaned it of with brake cleaner and drove it around the block again. The other plugs I checked so far are bone dry. That oil that's on there now is with less than a mile of driving time on it since I sprayed it off

I'm going to make sure to get one of those and a breather. I've noticed blow-by is definitely an issue with this build. I'm just hoping I don't have a dead piston or ring.
