Hi I am new to this I have a 5.3 with ls6 heads mill 0.30 new pushrods and lifter and cam the car runs but it as a ticking noise from the number 4 coil pach until I unplug it it stops ticking it as new coil plugs wires still dos it hop y'all can help me tanks

Might be a plug wire arching against something.

I have try looking in the dark no spark any were i can if i unplug the injector it stops ticking to

Either a exhaust leak or a leaking head gasket.
