Car startup seems weird

Car startup seems weird I've been noticing that my 98 z28 ss has been sounding like it wants to die on cold startup. I was wondering if its normal or if something maybe going bad. some things that i know need replaced are the nock sensors, reverse inhibitor and the serp belt. after it turns on it runs perfectly.
