I Installed A New Motor But My Window Still Wont Go Down It Only Goes Up

i had the same problem, check the switch mine had a bad connection. I bent the prongs back in and works fine

More than likely it's the switch itself that is bad... Just get a new one from the dealer... They're not that exspensive like $14.
