Default problem recharging battery when running

Ok, just like the title says - I have a brand new 200 amp Alternator (1 month old) and practically a brand new battery (4 months old). Ok, I drove 10 miles today and it went from 14 volts to 9 volts and my check gauges light stayed on. It stayed at 9 volts for the 10 miles home. Everything is hooked up, and this problem has been intermident even before I changed my Alternator (changed it for a bad bearing) what is going on here?

Default

check the power at the alt when your power is low see what that's at, that's the first thing I would do.
