Default Brake Squeel

Check this out. I put new brakes and rotors on the firebird because they were worn and squeeking. Someone had zip tied the emergency brake cables together and put to much tension on the caliper, causing the pad to wear unevenly and scar the old rotor. I redid the brakes, cut the zip tie and everything seemed to be fine for a short while. Now as the wheel rotates when driving, I can hear the rotor squeeking and I know it is the same thing. What is causing it? The caliper bolts are tight and I can't figure out what else it could be.

I don't think it is that because it isn't touching when I pull the wheel off. I won't rule it out though. I will have to check that this weekend if I have time.
