Default EGR Valve replacement

I just ordered an EGR valve and I have a few questions.

1. I ordered the non OEM valve because it was 90.00 and the other was 60.00
Is that fine? or should I have gotten the OEM one? (Quality/performance)

2. Do I just bolt it in and go? or do I need to do anything so the engine computer dosent get mesesed up, or anything related to that?

I just dont want to make any costly mistakes, any replies would be great.

Thanks.

Just bolt it on, hook up the wiring and go. Make sure the gasket is in good shape. If not, replace it.

Excellent thats what I needed to know.

Anyone still know if there will be a difference between the OEM and the cheaper one?
