i keep blowing a fuse, its under the hood its in the group thats closer to the firewall. the map is missing from my cover so i cannot tell what fuse it is, its a 10 amp fuse, it was right above a 25 amp its in the last row of the group of mini fuses blelow the omiron relays my car will not start, and fuel pump does not run, im hoping this is what the problem is. also when i replace the fuse it blows it right away, any ideas?

What year is your car? Looked at mine and only have two 10 AMP fuses in that block, PCM BATT (PCM) and COOL FAN (fan relays). I'm thinking COOL FAN, but mines above a 30 AMP for the air pump. There's a diagram in the owners manual.

im missing my owners manual too, its a 99 z-28 they were arragened like this
