Default Clicking noise

When i rev it up it sounds fine but as soon as the RPMS fall back down i get this clicking noise on the passenger side near my header. Anyone know what this could be?

well you do know the walls of the long tube headers are thinner and you more air can go through so you will be able to hear more than the thick stock manifolds, but you could always check your header gaskets to see if thats the culprit.

Do you have stock metal gaskets? They never blow out, but paper and ones that come with headers usually do. Stick with stock gaskets and tighten headers to 18ft-lbs.

Start the car in complete darkness - make sure it's not just a plug wire arcing on the header, buddy of mine had a "ticking" noise and it was the plug wire on #6, in the dark we found it right away.

I like that attitude! You've turned a disappointing repair into a kicka$$ opportunity! Tear it apart and post some picks.
