Default heater help needed

Hi,
My in car heaters are not working, they are just blowing cold air, great for summer, but a bit chilly for winter!
I have read somewhere it could be something to do with a/c compressor or idler pulley. Any other surgestions/thoughts?

Could be a bad/clogged heater core.

Default Yep

Checked the radiator fluid, and its got little black lumps in it (clogged radiator).
Flushed through with hose, and its all sorted. Snug as a bug in a rug.
Thanks for your help guys.
