Default electric fan fuse keeps blowing

What can be causing this? I'll replace the fuse and it will last me maybe a day or so then blow again. This is the small amp fuse grouped with the relays under the hood. Also for some reason if I try to replace the fuse without disconnecting the battery, the fuse terminal will spark like hell and blow before I get the fuse in. Any suggestions guys??

It sounds like you have a gound that has come disconnected or a short in the wiring has accured. Either way, something has come loose or disconnected in the wiring. Hope you can get it taken care of.
