Just go with a set of poly bushings instead of replacing stock with stock. They're only about 170 bucks for the set at BMR I believe. Most people usually forget the brake fluid too, it's a good idea to flush the brake lines out with new stuff. And it's probably a good idea to change the belts, timing belt should be changed at 60,000 according to the books but you might as well change it now. PCV valve too wouldn't be a bad idea, they don't usually go out that I know of but it's only a few bucks. One spot that's usually not even thought about is the driveshaft u-joints, just get a kit to rebuild them with new bearings and whatnot. it's not expensive if I remember.

dont forget the air filter! if its a stock type paper filter and its dirty, replace it with a K&N or equivalent. if it's a K&N type cleanable filter, might be a good idea to clean and re-oil it. the kit to do that is like $10 from autozone
