My alternator just died, so i took it out to get it replaced, noticed that the sensor attached to the alterantor was cut, there are 4 wires and only one of the middle ones it only connected to the harness. all others are cut.

It this causing any problems

They only have one wire going to the alternator, its a 4 pin connector but only 1 wire is needed. so dont worry the alternator just went out and everyhing is ok.
