parking my ls1 for a few months
I plan on parking my formula in my parent's garage while I'm away at school this summer, probably for about 2 months. My oil in the engine now has about 3k miles in it. Should I change it before or after I store it. I've told my dad to fire it up and drive it a few miles every other weekend(no more than 100 miles will be put on it the entire time it's stored) so I don't think I need to put any fuel stabalizer in it. Any other tips?

I'd say leave the oil in it for now and change it after you take it out of storage. Might want to put some fuel stabilizer in just to be on the safe side, 2 months is a pretty long time to be on the same tank of gas.
Another thing you can do is add some Seafoam to the gas and oil, it will keep the fuel system and oil system clean, and prevent any buildup from forming. Then when you change the oil, the inside of the engine should be nice and clean
One more tip - put moth pellets around the outside of the car. It will keep the mice away, the last thing you want is to take it out of the garage and have nests in your wire harnesses

Change the oil, fill the tank and add staybil, pump up the tires to 50psi, put a small open bag of charcoal in the car, charge the battery then disconnect it, wash the car and cover it and tell everbody to leave it alone. drop the insurance down to in storage and don't have anybody drive it, two months wont be a problem ( I store mine 4 months a year).

disconnecting the battery would be a very good idea, thats something i wish "I" would've thought of before I put my car in storage. I'm in Iraq right now an my car has been sitting for quite some time already. I had the oil changed, sta-bil in the tank, mothballs, worked good till they tried starting it up, my battery ended up going dead so my dad bought a new one, something i forgot an definitely will remember for next time
