Yea, probably time for some new parts.. Jack it up and have a look.
And I'm not trying to be a smartass but are you folks "overweight" by any chance?

First, check everything under the car. Maybe something is loose..etc. Always replace shocks in pairs, and I've replaced single broken coil springs before, but only at the customers request, so I personally replace springs in pairs as well. (only OEM with OEM)

No, you don't have to do springs and shocks at the same time. If there is nothing abnormal/broken with the suspension, try a set of good shocks.

These cars have an extremely simple suspension design. Take a good look before you buy anything.

Sounds like you might be a good candidate for some poly mounts on either or the transmission and the motor mounts.
