What is the difference between an exhaust pipe from the manifold to the muffler on a 3/4 4X4 and a 4X4 1/2 ton?

Size is the big diff, The 6.0 uses 3" i think and 5.3 uses a 2.5" Not positive on sizes but Iknow they're differnet. Routing is pretty much the same I do believe.
