another newbie problem!
When I bought my car it had the green radiator fluid in it. When I went to flush it I guess all of it didn't come out inside after flush after flush, and a little mixed with the GM dexcool (color isn't pure orange).
I flushed it out again today and I'm going to run mainly water for a few days until I do my cam install then refill it with GM dexcool again. Do you guys see any major problems that I will encounter untill I do my cam install? Also, what is the main reason the two can't be mixed together, do they sludge up or anything? And I'm in south fl if it makes any difference.
Thanks for any help guys.
John

go buy a bottle of both and then mix a cup of both together and then let us know what you find...if nothing, then try heating it up...as for any information on this, I'm useless. Sorry.
