noise under hood and clutch sticking

is this my TO bearing, pressure plate wtf is it?? i have this squealing noise when my engine is running! it sounds like a bad beltand first i was told my water pump is going out and then a mechanic lifted it on the rack and said it was a TO bearing in the clutch but had to take it apart to see the extent of the damage i mean when i press the clutch i still hear it but when i am driving i dont hear it its just while i am parker? can does anyone have any ideas???
