Default Seafoam and Oil Change

well im about to do seafoam sometime this week and i got good detailed instructions from a fellow board member so thats covered, and im about to buy some German Castrol 0w-30 European Formula and im wondering if you guys put all 6 quarts in or just the recommended 5.5 quarts??? b/c i heard our oil pans can hold up to 7 quarts and since its been so hot i thought addin 6 quarts would keep the pressure nice and not drop once it gets driven in this 90 degree weather.

well the 0w-30 i got doesnt have the big european formula ad on the front but on the back it says new improved european formula for high performance engines. and it has the red label and everything just like the other one so i imagine its the same thing.
