so i was driving my car yesterday with the top off and the windows down. its a 2002 Camaro. my mom drives it today and the windows wont go down. i had no problems with it when i drove it so i'm guessing the window motor jsut broke? what would cause it to do that all of the sudden? and how much is a new window motor? i'll check ebay but is there one u would recommend?

Usually they'll get slow, stop, recover, go up a little, stop etc. giving you some warning - at least mine did. Both windows won't go down or just one? I'd get a replacement from Autozone or other local store with a lifetime warranty so you'll never have to pay for one again. Tell mom she broke it and has to pay for it! J/K of course.

haha yeah i think i'm going through ur cycle. cause was just out driving and it is fine now. weirdddd

Yep they will sllooooowww down then eventually only work in when cold. Then they won't work at all.

Time to take off the door panel and replace the motor...
