Default A real downright nasty clank from both rear brake areas

Hello. A cpl weeks after I've gotten my KYB AGX shocks installed, theres been a downright nasty noise coming from the rear... so I finally decided to check it out. I have TT2's w/315's in the back, and there is no clearance issues, so thats not a problem ATM. I figured it could be the shocks cuz I now hear more bad than good reviews for them, but it doesnt look suspension related. I checked sway bar, adj panhard bar, and springs... then when I wack the tire with my fist, theres a "boing" noise, almost that of a bouncy ball ... and when i thought about it, that couldve been what im hearing on every tiny bump in the road. The driver side is alot worse than the passenger side. I plan on swapping out shocks for Koni's, but im gonna be pretty pissed if thats not the problem. Any ideas what it could be? Its a stock break setup. Thanks

*Edit* And the "Boing" isnt the tire lmao ... its coming from behind the rotors.
