I think its the same as the big heater port hose....which I think is 1/2".....

Not 100% sure though.

thanks LS6427, Ive seen 2 sizes online for general booster hose replacements, theyre .46875 in. or 15/32" and .34375 in. or 11/32"

Hey, I found this old thread....I made the #2 post. I keep one of these in my car at all times in case I'm driving around and my heater core starts leaking or a heater system hose ruptures. I can just pop it on in 5 minutes and keep driving.

So it looks like on the water pump its 3/4" and 5/8".

went to the junkyard today, had 2 cars there, a 94 V8 and a 97 V6, engines were gone, but the brake booster hoses were still there, funny, they both have GM 6188 - M, even though one has "V8" and the other has "3800 V6", don't know if its different length, or maybe shape.
