Default Driver side window won't go down... not motor

Hey guys... I haven't torn the door apart yet, but before I do this weekend just looking to see if anyone has any suggestions on what may be busted

If I hit the window switch to lower the window... the window will drop a TINY bit, then all you hear is the window motor going at it... but the window doesn't move

If i push it back up then it moves up (the movement is maybe 1mm ... barely anything, prolly just some safety latch locking in/out) a little, but again, window motor will just keep running

Any suggestions on what it could be? Also anyone have pics of what the inside of the door looks like?

Maybe the motor is not tight and has slipped out of place (if the fiberglass has worn from stress?)

To me it sounds like the window regulator cables have come out of place and allowing the motor to just spin and not do anything
