So the guy I bought the car off of had installed white face guages, but when putting the needles back for the oil, water and fuel guages, didn't get them on right. I read a 1/4 of a tank of gas too much, and the oil and water needles hardly move at all. If I pull the cluster is it possible to re-align the needles, or am I going to have to get a whole new cluster? TIA.

You can pull the needles off and move them but you will be guessing where to put them on.
